Look at these cuties! When asked "why do you love your parents?"...(please crop how you'd like)
Can you believe we've already been in school 100 days?! Or better yet, can you believe we have survived those 100 days!? It has been a great year thus far and it makes my heart smile daily to see how far our kids have come! Our 100th day was packed with fun that we just have to share! First our Beachers came in and had to find 100 kisses I hid around the room, read the number on the bottom of the kiss, then put it on the same number on our 100's board. Needless to say we found ALMOST all 100 and they did awesome with thier numbers. Thankfully we found the missing 2 kisses the next day in what was obviously a great hiding spot even I forgot about....oops! Next we did our usual morning meeting except today we got to trade in 10 ten sticks for 1 hundred stick and they were super excited! Look at these cuties in thier 100 day shirts they made! Next we started our 100th day hats. Each strip had 10 of something. We wrote our name 10 times, had 10 tallies, 10 glitter dots, 10 bingo dots, glued 10 tickets, drew 10 circles, 10 triangles, 10 squares, wrote numbers to 10 and put 10 stickers on! A grand total of 100 things on our awesome hats....which they thought were hilirious. Not to mention our 100 days smarter crown! Our 100 day tally ties! Next we showed we can write 100 words!! Next, all of kinder went outside to throw 100 flower seeds each. BCE sure is going to look colorful outside soon! Next was time to do 100 exercises! Look at our 100 thing museum! We also did several 100 day writings! Here's our awesome 100 day snack where each student had to count 10 our each item to end with 100 items total! I'll admit it, I wasn't sure whether to laugh or cry when I saw these. Since it is our 100th day, we used an app that aged our kiddos 100 years to see what they would look like. Thankfully, they thought it was hilarious! I HAD to add these to show you all in hopes you get a good laugh in too! However, I will say they do look pretty darn cute for being 100!
Congratulations to all of our Beachers who participated in our libraries Mustache Reading Program! Make sure you are keeping track of your reading on the Six Flags paper to earn a free ticket! |
